About the Job

We are delighted that due to our continued growth we have a vacancy for a Service & Aftersales Junior Technical Author within our Service & Aftersales team.

The role will be working as part of the team and on your own collating technical data and populating into a format which is clear and easy to understand for our customers within the NHS and Private Healthcare Sector whilst building and maintaining excellent internal and external relationships.

Candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply and will be supported. Successful applicants will be based at our HQ in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

To execute & understand technical reports in relation to ventilation systems, operating lights and other critical areas within hospitals and communicate any non-compliances with the technical supervisor.

To prepare remedial quote and work with the technical team to build up an understanding of critical ventilation.

To work with the technical team and understand operating lights, how they are repaired and the remedial actions that may need to be executed.

Be open to learning. We appreciate this is a junior role, and in turn we will provide a pinpointed industrial training program to support your development and growth.

Essential Qualifications

GCSE Grades in Maths, English & Science at level 4 or higher.

Desirable Qualifications

Eastwood Park Authorised Person for Ventilation - AP(V).

BOHS P series qualifications (P601, 602, 603, 604).

Experience of LEV Systems based in Life Science environments.

Desired Professional Experience

An understanding HTM 03-01 (2021) Parts A and B.
