Dave is the CEO of our US organisation, Howorth Inc. He is responsible for the management and growth of our operations in North America.

How long have you worked for Howorth Air Tech?
I started with Howorth in February 2021.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Working with a group of colleagues who have a total commitment to doing the right thing each and every day.

What's the highlight of your career to date?
Not to state the obvious but what I am doing today. Having the daily opportunity to significantly influence the further growth of a tremendous company and being part of the team that will take it from good to great!

If you were a celebrity or sportsman, who would you be?
Lassie! (I mean who doesn't love Lassie?)

Charity Spotlight

Here at Howorth, we're thrilled to be recognised as an award-winning company.

We're passionate about rolling up our sleeves and joining forces with the communities we're a part of, ensuring our actions have a meaningful impact where it matters most.

This year our Finance Director Adam Ainslie joined the Rugby League Cares on their annual bike ride as they cycle across the 300-mile route along Ireland’s wild and rugged southern coastline.

Rugby League Cares have been instrumental in the development of the Howorth wellbeing programme, they provide ongoing support for our staff, delivering their OFFLOAD mental fitness training and monthly drop-in sessions.
