When did you start at Howorth? October 2020

What were you doing before you joined Howorth? I was applying for university but when the lockdown hit, I made a decision that it wasn’t right for me and I started looking for jobs.

What do you love about your job? Helping people and knowing that what we do makes a difference to people’s lives. I do a lot of report writing so when the engineers go on site to service equipment, they send all the data back to our team and we compile a report which is sent to the client.

I really enjoy liaising with the client, clarifying important regulatory guidelines and informing the client if any remedial work needs to be done. The job is really busy but there’s a great team spirit

Where do you see yourself in the next five years? Progressing within the business and taking on more responsibility

What would you say to anyone thinking of an apprenticeship with Howorth? It’s a great opportunity to gain incredible life experience and earn at the same time.

Fun question - name three things you can’t live without. My dog (Marley), blanket (from being a baby), fake tan…oh and going to the gym.
